Sandra Anne Kelly

Sandra Anne Kelly was born in St, Petersburg, Florida on February 23, 1946 to General Conrad F. and Myrle Necrason.
She passed away on September 8, 2018 in University Place, Washington
She was married to Arthur F. (Chip) Kelly at Hamilton AFB on January 28, 1967.
She is survived by two children: Arthur F. (Nick) Kelly III and Brideen Baker; five grandchildren: Cassandra and Shaelyn Kelly, Gryphon, Jaden and Arwen Blazier; her sister: Virginia (Ginger) Longiny and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Born into a military family, she grew up travelling around the world before marrying the love of her life, Chip, in California.
She graduated from Dominican High School and attended Santa Clara University. She pursued a career in Nursing until they moved to Alaska in 1970 where she opened Lazy K Stables and became involved with the Equestrian community, spearheading many clubs and groups such as the Mane Bunch of the Alaska Gymkhana Association and HoofnRiders 4H Club
They moved to Port Orchard, WA in 1990, horses and all. She ran Dressage Shows and Clinics on their beautiful ranch for many years.

Sandee was generous and kind with all the people whose lives she touched and she was abundant with her love for her family and pets.
She will be missed terribly. She was the rock and anchor for all who loved her.
There will be an Open House Celebration of Life at her home: 650 SW Spruce Rd, Port Orchard WA 98367 on September 22, 2018 starting at 2:00 PM
