Obituary for Thereatha Ann Chandler

Thereatha A Chandler was born on August 8, 1955 and went home with the Lord on January 24, 2018. She was born in France and grew up traveling the world with her parents and three brothers Willie H. Lucas Jr., Walter Lucas and Michael Lucas. Her Father Willie H. Lucas Sr. was a Sergeant Major in the U.S. Army and her mother Katherine Lucas was a faithful wife. As Thereatha got older she got into the fashion world and started modeling and creating her own clothes. Thereatha was truly an angel on earth. She was a faithful servant for God and didn’t let anyone get in the way of that relationship with Him. She knew the bible like the back of her hand and prayed until the walls came tumbling down. Many people that knew her would say that she touched their lives in some shape or form. She had such a sweet spirit and a kind heart. She was an amazing mother to her two children Jamal Chandler and Vanessa Charity. Her legacy will forever live inside of them. We were so blessed to have such an amazing woman grace us with her presence and we thank God for allowing her to be apart of our lives. Her mission here on earth is done and she has now taken on a new one. Thereatha is survived by her brothers Willie H. Lucas Sr. and Walter Lucas and her children Jamal Chandler and Vanessa Charity
